Lease for six trailers requested from 10 May 2024 – 30 August 2024.This Statement of Work Statement (SOW) defines the work and lease of six (6) Mobile Office Trailers (MOT) with each being a minimum space of 256 square feet, or a maximum space of 650 square feet. Lease for six trailers requested from 10 May 2024 – 30 August 2024. The Mobile Office Trailer must meet the following specifications: i. between 12'-16’ Wide Office Module Construction to include the following: ii. Steel Skidded with Transport Tie Downs iii. Commercial Carpet, Wood Paneling, and Painted Drywall Ceiling iv. White Steel Siding, Black Flashing, and EPDM Roofing v. Fiberglass Insulation; a. Walls – R13 b. Floor & Ceiling – R25 vi. 36” Insulated Metal Door with Relight vii. 42”x48” Double pane Thermopane Sliding Vinyl Window with Blinds viii. NEC Approved Electrical System: a. Electrical Service: Square D QO 240V 1P3W Exterior Disconnect b. 4000-Watt Heaters, 4’ Light Fixtures, and 20A Receptacles c. Surface Mount Conduit with XHHW Wire Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
