The USAF is requesting the following information from interested vendors: - Company name and contact information to include phone number and email. - Location of Hotel - Accommodations of the Hotel - Capabilities of Hotel - Copy of Hotel’s Brochure (webpage reference acceptance) - DUNS number and CAGE code - Point of Contact - Contractor request for details/facts to be provided by the government as part of an eventual solicitation package to allow for accurate contractor quotes. - Business type (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110, size standard of $32.5M. -Past performance information for related efforts Interested parties should send all information via email to SrA Christopher Prince at christopher.prince.3@us.af.mil. Information must be submitted to the previously stated point of contact no later than the time and date listed within the response due date. Additional information: The Government is seeking lodging for a confirmed 69 personnel, however we will need to make sure up that there is availability for up to 120 individuals. Each individual will have their own room, the dates we will be needing is from 13 April 2023 - 21 April 2023. Payments will be made by Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) utilizing the instructions in DFARS 252.232?7006 or via 52.232-36 Payment by Third Party (Government Purchase Card).
