The Government is looking to purchase a Pile Driver Attachment Avalanche FLA(T) 400 Plow or an similar item that meets these salient characteristics: - 12' Forklift model snow pusher - 36" tall - Includes spring-loaded steel trip edge and self-leveling wear shoes - Approximately 1,275 Lbs - 6000 Lbs lift capacity - Must have 4''-6'' steel blade sections. - 2 self-leveling wear shoes. - 2 wear shoe pins per shoe. - Fastener bolt kit for steel blade cutting edge. - 7/8" bolt size 14 bolts/nuts/washer. - Torsion spring 3/4'' round spring. - Must be able to fit on a Caterpillar 928H 325-1813 (NSN: 3930-01-508-5458CT), Fork dimensions: 72 & 1/2" L x 8" W, approximately 2 & 1/2" thick in the shape of a wedge.
