The work includes work on multiple facilities in support of the F35 beddown at Eielson AFB. Work primarily occurs in Building 1324, Munitions Inspection Facility but additional work occurs in nearby facilities and utilidor. Work in adjacent buildings includes building demolition, heating system improvements, installation of water line recirculation system, and paving. Work in Building 1324 includes reconfiguration of the interior to divide the single bay into two separate bays and to construct an interior administrative area. Additional work includes construction of a fire suppression system, roof replacement, improvements and certification of the Lightning Protection System, and incidental related work. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(g) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Amendment 0001 - Change FAR 52.236-27 Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendmnet is to: 1). Extend due date of bids until 7 February 2023 at 1400. 2). Extend question due date until 18 January 2023 at 1400. 3). Change the Period of Performance from 365 days to 727 days. 4). Add Attachment 7- Anticipated Schedule in Accordance with Specification 01 14 00 Section 1.4. 5). Update FAR 52.211-10 and FAR 52.225-9 6). Update delivery and inspection in section F from 365 calendar days to 727 calendar days. 7). Add attachment 3 - Construction Final Drawings (11x17) (Specifications_Drawings) Amendment 0003 - The Purpose of this amendment is to: 1). Extend due date of bids until 7 February 2023 at 1400. 2). Extend question due date until 18 January 2023 at 1400. 3). Add photos of the mechanical room. Amendment 04 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1).Extend the response time from 7 Feb 23 to 28 Feb 23 in order to allow ample time for review of the Questions and Answers (Q&A). A separate amendment will be issued to provide the Q&A document, along with any applicable additional supporting documents. Amendment 05 - The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the response time from 28 Feb 23 to 15 March 23 in order to allow ample time for review of the Questions and Answers (Q&A). A separate amendment will be issued to provide the Q&A document, along with any applicable additional supporting documents. Additionally, a second site visit will be held 22 Feb 23 from 1:30-3:30. The mechanical room will available this time, we will allow additional questions in regards to the mechanical room only until 1 March 23 14:00L. Amendment 06 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to the submitted bidder questions in regards to this project (part one of two). Amendment 07 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response time from 15 March 23 to 31 March 23 1400 AKDT in order to allow ample time for review of the Questions and Answers (Q&A). Additionally, part two of the submitted bidder questions in regards to this project will be posted. A separate amendment will be issued to provide the additional Q&A documents, along with any applicable additional supporting documentation. Amendment 08 - The purpose of this amendment is to post part 3 of the submitted bidder questions in regards to this project.
