Vendors should also see AMENDMENT 2, (AMENDMENT 2_Question and Answer.pdf), which contains the Government's answers to Vendor's questions concerning the soliciation. Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the inspection and redevelopment / rehabilitation of water-wells and water-well pumps. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision, and tools necessary to perform water-well inspection and redevelopment/rehabilitation, including service related clean-up, of two (2) water-wells located on the installation. These services will be performed IAW Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-230-1, Change 1, Water Storage and Distribution; AFMAN 32-1072, Water-Well Drilling Operations; ANSI/AWWA Standard A100-20, Water Wells; 18 AAC 80, Drinking Water, Alaska Drinking Water Regulations and any other applicable military, state, federal and environmental regulations or industry standards not mentioned in the PWS.
