The Government requires 19 (each) Sedans and 3 (each) Passenger Vans (or equal) with the minimum passenger capacity of five (5) passengers for sedans and a minimum capacity of (7) for Passenger Vans, with unlimited mileage. All vehicles must be in good, safe operating conditions. All vehicles shall meet national and state safety requirements.
