Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska has a requirement for a Construction project, FTQW 22-1000 Repair Dorm B2260. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the following construction project, FTQW 22-1000 Repair Dorm B2260. The general scope of this project includes refreshing the floor, walls, and ceiling finishes of B2260. This includes the replacement of the acoustical ceiling tiles, painting of walls and ceilings, replacement of carpet and pad, replacement of vinyl flooring, re-grouting of floor and wall tiles, and the procurement and installation of kitchen appliances, and other necessary work to complete the minor renovation finishes. Performance time will be 102 calendar days. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NACIS code is 236220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Bid, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. This posting is for an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids must be valid for 120 days. Offerors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this solicitation; all cost associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party’s expense. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
