It was extended to the 24th of August. The pictures were taken on Thursday the 19th. They have all been put into the attached word document. Also attached are the responses to three questions that were received. In addition to the pictures you may notice the sediment on the walls, there is approximately 2 mm of sediment on the walls and 3 inches of water at the bottom of the tank. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA5004-21-Q-0042 is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210224. This purchase is a Small Business Set Aside for businesses that fall under the NAICS code 238220. This requirement is for the acquiring of services, at the location in the PWS, to Inspect, Repair, and Certify a Fire Water Tank IAW NFPA 25 standards. Attached is a Wage Determination for the positions necessary. The government intends to do this contract as a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Not To Exceed (NTE) cost constraint.
