This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitaltion will not be issued. Solicitation FA5004-21-Q-0012 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210115. This purchase is restricted to Women Owned Small Buisness concerns (WOSB) that fall under the NAICS code 336390 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of the listed parts for snow removal equipment in the attached SF 1449. This requirement will be a Brand Name or Equal purchase and the offerers shall provide a quote with a price breakdown of each part along with specifications if they are or equal parts. Also breakdown the cost of shipping seperate from the cost of the parts so shipping cost can be evaluated. The government intends to do this contract as a Firm Fixed Price contract.
