The U.S.A.F. is seeking potential contractors qualified to replace pool pump control system, recertify the pool filtration system, replacing drain lines, and other incidental related work at Baker Field House located on Eielson AFB, AK. The work shall include but is not limited to: Removing existing pool control system and components. Providing and installing a new pool pump control system. Recertifying the pool filtration system. Replacing existing 2” sch 40 floor drain lines with 3” galvanized sch 40 line. Replace three existing floor drain lines and install new tops with integrated sediment catch. Replace existing overhead 2” sch 40 sump pump backwash lines with 3” sch 40 line. Once the new system installed, system will need to be fully tested and commissioned, to include operation personnel training. All work is to be done at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party’s expense. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
