New F-35 Maintenance facilities were equipped with Avionics Cooling Units for use in servicing and repairs of assigned aircraft. We require flexible ducting and all associated hardware to transport cooling air from facility installed units to each F-35 Aircraft. A total of 35 aircraft parking locations were constructed with this capability. Product Requirements Sustain minimum pressure at aircraft, PSIG 5.25 [-0.25/+0.50 psig] via equipmept in attached requirements document. Insulated to maintain end temps below 55 Deg in all ambient temperatures and conditions (direct sun, radiant heat etc.) Constructed to provide layflat storage capabilities. Attaching hardware to fit flange specifications provided. Design accounts for longevity during regular industrial flightline use, storage, and wear being used on textured surfaces
