The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, maintenance, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform snow removal and ice control services at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards defined within the awarded contract, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Details regarding this requirement can be found in the Performance Work Statement. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA5004-20-B-0008. This acquisition is being competed as a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561790, with a small business size standard of $8 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Interested bidders are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents from the beta.sam.gov website as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidder mailing list will be maintained. Interested bidders should register at the beta.sam.gov website in order to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. A site visit will be conducted at Eielson AFB, Alaska on 29 Jul 2020 at 9AM Alaska Standard Time. Prior coordination may be required for Eielson AFB access.
