All work is to be done at Eielson AFB, AK Building 1161. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract. The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(f). This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Bids must be valid until 22 April 2020. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party's expense. The U.S.A.F. is seeking potential contractors to perform work which includes upgrades to the Parachute Shop exterior walls, roofing, structural, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical service and distribution, fire detection/suppression systems; interior configuration and architectural finishes; and exterior utilities, access road and site work; and incidental related work.
