This sources sought announcement is issued solely for informational, planning purposes, and market research. This sources sought is seeking interest from all businesses capable and interested in providing an aerial demonstration and static display by a T-33 T-Bird at the Arctic Lightning Air Show at Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB), Alaska with an NACIS code 711510. No award will be made from this sources sought. A solicitation is not available; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. At this time EAFB is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. Responders shall be able to: 1. Performer shall provide one (1) T-33 T-Bird to arrive at Eielson Air Force Base no later than Thursday 11 July 2019. 2. Performer shall accomplish static display and aerial performances during Eielson AFB Arctic Lightning Air Show on 13 July 2019, along with practice run of performances/scheduled events held on Friday 12 July 2019. 4. Performer shall attend all mandatory air show safety briefings. 5. Provide FAA Surface Level Aerobatic card with Solo Jet certification. 6. With respect to media, sightseeing, flybys and formation flying, Performer agrees to abide by applicable FAA and United States Air Force (USAF) governing laws and regulations in the performance of these flights. 7. All additional practice flights outside the scheduled times at Eielson AFB will be coordinated by the Performer with the local airport. 8. Performer shall have available flight worthiness records, maintenance records and pilot certificate available upon request. 9. Performer shall provide own flight gear, ear protection, sunscreen and any other appropriate safety or weather gear in order to conduct the above mentioned duties on the flightline during the air show. All interested firms shall provide the following information: 1) What type of business (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business)? 2) DUNS number and CAGE code? 3) Company name 4) Address 5) Point of contact, phone number, and email address 6) What are your NACIS codes? If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the FedBizOps website at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the SOLE responsibility of the potential vendor to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this SOURCES SOUGHT.
