COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ‘COMBO' Eielson AFB Chapel Musician (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA5004-19-Q-A037 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offers for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical documentation required in the attached PWS and Provision 52.212-2. (iv) This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 813110 with a small business size standard of $7.5M *****Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. Award will be made under this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Chapel staff will evaluate music ability performance and determine acceptable technical ability. **Notice** Current music service contract ends 08 Aug 2019- Upon successful interview and award of contract. The contractor shall provide service starting 09 Aug 2019.
