DELIVERY. The contractor shall deliver all items in the rental request (i.e. tents, tables and chairs) on 12 July 2019 between the hours of 11am and 1pm, as stated in the rental request. All items will be delivered to the Thunderdome, building 2511 Flightline Ave (facility 1140). TEAR DOWN/REMOVAL. The contractor shall arrive at Eielson AFB on 15 July 2019 between the hours of 9am and 11am, as stated in the rental request, to reclaim rented items. The contractor shall disassemble all rented items that are to be transported back to their facility. SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS. The contractor shall initiate and maintain programs to ensure its employees perform tasks associated with this contract in a safe and timely manner. The requirements listed are for an Airshow on Eielson AFB, AK on 13 July 2019. We are requesting for rental equipment of the following items for 4-days (12 July-15 July 2019): - QTY (6) Large Marquee Style Canopy Event Tents (20' X 20' no walls) blocks needed, set-up on asphalt - QTY (70) White 6' tables -QTY (10) Grey 6' tables -QTY (20) White 8' tables -QTY (20) White 8' tables -QTY (1500) White Plastic Chairs
