Deliver, setup and operate audio equipment and associated equipment for 2019 Arctic Lightning Airshow on Eielson AFB from 12-14 July 2019. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall furnish all labor, cables, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary to perform required work. Areas to work will be around the Eielson AFB flightline. SERVICES REQUIRED: Install array cabinets, scissor lifts, and audio systems around the Eielson AFB flightline to support Audio for Eielson AFB's 2019 Arctic Lightning Airshow. Installer will provide all cables and hardware required to complete installation. Furthermore, the installer will ensure all installed equipment functions properly and routing of all cabling is neat/orderly. 2. SERVICES SUMMARY: 2.1. COORDINATION OF WORK: No work shall be performed by the contractor until a signed purchase is received by the contractor. All work shall be coordinated between the Contractor and a member of the Air Show staff for access to the controlled area. 2.2. CONTRACTOR LIMITATIONS: Contractors will need to submit information through 354th Security Forces Squadron for base access. Additionally, while on the flightline, the contractor must have an escort with them at all times unless they have approval from the airfield operations to be on the flightline unescorted. 2.3. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS: - Scissor Lifts and Speakers: Contractor will need to provide the requisite scissor lifts and all required cables for their speakers. Speakers will be spaced at five equal intervals down the flight line in the spectator area. All associated cables will be routed in a way that doesn't interfere with pedestrian traffic or flightline operations. - Control Center and Mixing Console: Contractor will need to provide the hardware needed to operate the control center and mixing console. There will need to be three wireless microphones, 1 wired microphone and a CD player. Additionally there will need to be four long distance wireless audio systems for the remote speakers. This equipment will need to be setup near the air boss trailer. - Generators: Five generators will be provided by the contractor to include fuel. - Line Array Cabinets: Contractor will provide 30 line array cabinets; these will be arrayed on five scissor lifts. There will need to be 1 lift w/10 cabinets behind the airboss trailer. The remaining four lifts will need five cabinets each. 3. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: N/A 4. APPENDICES: None
