The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, maintenance, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards defined within the awarded contract, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload data are listed in Appendix A of the performance work statement; areas maps are provided in Appendix B. (NOTE: Appendices A and B will be released in conjunction with the publicized solicitation.) The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA5004-19-B-A016, and will be available for retrieval at https://www.fbo.gov once posted on or about 30 July 2019. This acquisition is being competed as a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically and will be publicized via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov). Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents from the FBO website as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidder mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the FBO website in order to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. All offerors must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
