The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract. IAW FAR 36.204(g): The estimated magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 This posting is an Invitation for Bids. The U.S.A.F. is seeking potential contractors qualified to perform architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, communications and security upgrades, as well as hazardous material abatement to the Permanent Party Dorm (B2262) IAW the contract specifications. All work is to be done at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract for this project.
