A sources sought is a market research tool used to develop acquisition plans and determine set-aside availablility. The 354th Contracting Squadron is seeking firms that are capable of providing Virtual Private Network (VPN) software. The VPN software must be downloadable on up to 500 devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc) at any given time. The software must work worldwide.
