The requirement is to provide two (2) generators and two (2) Indirect Fire Heaters that are the same or equal to the models specified below and meets all salient characteristics listed to support the 354 RANS Range Maintenance personnel to conduct winter build operations in remote locations. Salient Characteristics: 2 Ea - ESI Bull Rail Trailer (Model Number: KPG-28-BR): Diesel powered. Arctic rated. Bull rail attachment. Capable of supplying 10 x 20 Amp outlets minimum. Extended oil pan capable of 3000 hours minimum of use before oil service. 150% secondary containment capability which catches all accidental fluid release due to mechanical failure. Mobile/Trailer mounted. 2 Ea – Self-Contained Mobile Insustrial Heater (Model Number: ES700): Diesel powered Capable of 770,000 British Thermal Units (BTU)/hour minimum. Heats 4,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) minimum. Minimum 3,000 hour oil service. Minimum of 37+ hours of run time. Vertical LED Light Tower. 150% secondary containment capability to catch all accidental fluid release due to mechanical failure. Mobile/Trailer mounted.
