The contractor may be req... Eielson AFB has a continuous requirement for Chemical toilets occuring within 48 hours of request. On some occasions toilets shall require delivery within 4 hours of request. The contractor may be required to relocate units to other areas on base when request by the Government. Toilets shall be serviced a minnimum of week, unless more-frequent service is requested. Service shall include pumping, fluid replacement, restocking of paper, deodorizers, hand sanitizers, and complete cleaning inside and out. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement for five years.
