This acquisition is specified as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The designated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is specified as 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving, with a small business size standard of $30.0 million. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, facilities, equipment and personnel necessary to drayage of government-owned furnishing. Funds are not presently avaliable for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are avaliable. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicication, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The request for proposal will be made available for download at www.sam.gov approximately August of 2021. This action will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside.
