Product Requirements: The Parts Washer must meet the following specfiications and requirements: Operating temp 140-190F, cleaning diameter 30 inches, cleaning work height 32 inches, turntable load capacity 1,000 lbs, dimensions of W 66" X L 67" X H 72", reservoir capacity of 130 gallons, sludge capacity 37 gallons, total flow 256 gpm, flow per nozzle 16.o gpm, system pressure 152 psi, 16 wash nozzles, 4 oscillations per minute, wheel bearing washing capabilities, and Lockheed Martin approved due to parts washer being used on F-35 wheel assemblies. A bearing washer function will eliminate the need for a sperate bearing washer. Submitted options and capability statements will be reviewed for technical acceptability.
