COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ‘COMBO' Eielson AFB Chapel Musician (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0073 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offers for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical documentation required in the attached PWS and Provision 52.212-2. (iv) This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 813110 with a small business size standard of $7.5M *****Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. Questions shall be submitted electronically via email to SSgt Harris at jeffrey.harris.22@us.af.mil. b. Quotes and resume are due no later than 2PM Alaska Standard Time on 24 Sep 2020. Quotes shall include the following: • One (1) completed copy of SF1449 (Attachment 1) filled out in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and; • Any pertinent technical information such as product specifications and type of product/service offered as required by filled out in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and FAR Provision 52.212-2. Vendors will be notified in advanced of audition time. Chapel staff will evaluate music ability performance and determine acceptable technical ability. **Notice** Current music service contract ends 7 Oct 2020- Upon successful interview and award of contract. The contractor shall provide service starting 2 Oct 2020. The overlapping of services provides for a smooth transition of parties.
