This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0057 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications. This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 337920 with a small business size standard of 1000 EMP. Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo.
