COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ‘COMBO’ Eielson AFB Aircraft Hangar Cleaning Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0031 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as past performances and capability. This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 561720 with a small business size standard of $18M. Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo. Offerors shall incorporate no less than the minimum wage outlined in WD 2015-5684 Revision 10.
