Repair entire roof of Building 2350 and Building 1209 by replacement, for a total of approximately 60,500 square feet, down to the roof decking. The current roofs are IRMA systems, ballasted by concrete pavers. Replace the IRMA systems with new, dark gray PVC roof systems described by Eielson AFB specifications provided. Salvage and return all insulation from demolished roof to 354 CES. Roof system and vents should be designed and engineered to withstand 110 mph wind loads. Asbestos abatement may be required as necessary to perform the work of the project.
