Provide labor and material to install traffic control signs to include: Provide and install 3 ea 30X30X2.5 LED red X green down arrow signs with a minimum of 120-277 VAC and UL/cUL listed for wet conditions to be installed on Hursey Gate Canopy. The signs must be installed on 2”X2” steel tube frames attached to the canopy and painted with black epoxy paint. Conduit and conductors will be installed from the guard shack to the signs. The power will originate from the outside lane guard shack and the three position control will be installed in the center guard shack south wall and extend out to the signs. The single gang switch must be a minimum for 120 VAC and be 4.5” in height X 2.75” wide X 1.00” depth and be a 3 position switch with on/off/on switches. Provide and install 1 ea 30X30X2.5 LED red X green down arrow sign on the south end of the commercial vehicle inspection canopy. Provide and install 1 ea control switch in the inspection bay guard break room. Power and control conduits will be installed between the break room and traffic sign. The contractor can use existing underground raceways between the guard shacks to pull the control wire.
