The contractor will provide comprehensive 24/7/365 telecommunications services for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, including local, domestic long-distance, international long-distance, and toll-free services. These services must ensure operational reliability of 99.999%, supporting an average of 90,000 calls per month. The contractor must supply all transmission facilities, equipment, and maintenance up to the demarcation points. Work must comply with FCC, Programmable Unified Communications, Department of War, and Air Force standards. Performance is located at JBER, AK.
