This is a sole-source Request for Quotation for Windows 11 technology upgrades on the D-21 Alarm Reporting System at multiple facilities across Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). The Government intends to award a single purchase order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. based on this solicitation, which is the only one that will be issued. The work is to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 25 April 2025. This acquisition is not set aside for small businesses.
