The system must interface with the Air Force Network, Windows 11, and a consolidated inventory system across 6 workstations. Key features include real-time inventory reports with shelf-life tracking, condition monitoring with automated threshold alerts, item issuance/turn-in management using barcode scanning linked to CAC/DoD ID, and the ability to generate specified Air Force forms. The solution must include TAA-compliant barcode scanners, RFID scanners, barcode printers, and AFNET-compliant mobile tablets. One year subscription with technical support and system updates is required, along with comprehensive training for personnel at Joint Base Elmendorf-Ricahrdson Alaska.
