Demo existing flooring, all associated flooring appurtenances and cove base as shown on drawings and dispose of off Post . Unit to remove all furniture from areas to receive new flooring. Contractor shall provide two week notice to customer for relocation of office to accomplish work. Perform any floor repairs required to meet industry standard and perform all floor prep per manufacturer’s installation instructions for areas to receive new flooring as shown on drawings and Finish Schedule. Provide and install new flooring as shown on drawings and Finish Schedule. Remove and re-install door leafs as necessary to install new flooring. Color selections shall be submitted to DPW/773 CES for approval Note:When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2. Technical Acceptability: Submit offer/quote IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses Brian.Gitau@us.af.mil ; alexander.tate@us.af.mil no later than 5 Sep 2025 at 2:00 AKDT in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 3 September 2025 at 2:00 PM AKDT. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). As a result of the revised statement of work, Contractors will be required to move the furniture out to the building prior to starting work and move furniture back into the building after work is complete. 2. As a result of this amendment the offers due date has been changed from 29 August 2025 to 5 September 2025 2:00 Alaskan Daylight Time and the questions due date has been updated to 3 September 2025 . 4.
