This is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement (See Attachment 2). Basis for award: As a result of this RFQ, the Government intends to award at a firm-fixed price purchase order to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements, considering PRICE and TECHNICAL ACCPETANCE. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR Part 13 to the offeror with the lowest price and technically acceptable quote. This is a 100% small business set aside. Only offerors deemed responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104 will be eligible for award. The Government intends to award without discussions.
