UPDATE PROVIDED AS OF 3 SEPTEMBER 2024 Asbestos testing results uploaded as an attachment. ------------End of Update---------- UPDATE PROVIDED AS OF 29 AUGUST 2024 Bldg 297 CAD drawings are now provided in the attachments section. We have also updated the drawing on page 1 of the PWS changing the flooring makeup of Room A to Carpet all the way to the begining of both side hallways as indicated in the PWS Page 1 Drawing Update also provided in the attachements section of this post. ------------End of Update---------- This requirement is for the procurement of 2 Rivers Flooring Replacement as required and defined for the in Attachment 2 -Performance Work Statement (PWS). Requirement is to remove existing flooring, properly prep floor and install new commercial grade carpet, luxury vinyl tile/plank, and cove base in building 297 as outlined in the PWS. All items shall be completed within 180 day after contract award. A site visit is planned and willl be held on 29 Aug 2024 at 12:00pm (AKST) at Building 297 6th st, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson AK 99505. Atendees must be pre-cleared to access the base. All interested contractors should contact Captain Logue at David.logue.1@us.af.mil prior to site visit, No later than 27 August at 12:00pm (AKST), to request clearance for base access.
