This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is a Request for Offers under solicitation number FA500024Q0058 and is issued IAW FAR 13.106 and 13.5. All quotes shall be FOB destination (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska) with a lead time of 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Include any discounts that may apply. The 3rd Operations Support Squadron (OSS) requires storage cabinets with wood overlay for the equipment inspection area to support the operational needs of the unit. These cabinets are essential for organizing and securely storing a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies crucial for the squadron's daily operations, including maintenance, logistics, and administrative functions. Cabinets are to be installed in Building 9694, Room 206: Life Support on the 2nd floor of building The requirement is for acquisition, assembly, and installation of storage cabinets with a wood overlay and no counter tops will be required. Please refer to the attached documents for additonal information. Any other documentation the vendor deems necessary can be submitted with the required attachments. No site visit will be held for this solicitation. Floor plans are provided in Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics. Questions shall be submitted no later than Friday, September 6, 2024 by 10:00AM Alaska Standard Time (AKST) and will be posted and answered in an amendment after this date.
