The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, has awarded a firm fixed price, contract to Perfect Point EDM under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This contract is for the acquisition of Perfect Point E-Drill system and E-Drill accessories. Due to the status as sole manufacterer and distributer for Perfect Point EDM in the United States, Perfect Point EDM Corp. is the only source authorized to provide the E- Drill and assoicated accessories. Therefore no other products from other manufacturers would offer the same functionality. Attached is a single source justification for the Perfect Point E-Drill system and E-Drill accessories.
