PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide repairs for building 690 as noted in statement of work and on the attached drawings. Project consists of adding sprinklers in the exit stairwell, installation of new 1 hour fire rated door at existing opening, and installation of baseboard heating. There has not been asbestos containing material (ACM) or lead based paint (LBP) detected in this area of the facility. If ACM or LBP is detected in areas of repair, contact 673 CONS Contracting Officer. Whenever remediation is required, it shall be limited to the minimum area necessary to satisfactorily complete the associated repair. The Contractor shall provide 95% design for review and approval by the Government prior to construction. Contractor shall complete to 100% design and construction.
