Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers has been updated as of 8:15am 9/15/2023 The purpose of Amendment 2 is to: 1. Add Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Amended) 2. Add Attachment 3 - Site Map Switch Locations 3. Add Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers The solicitation closing date and time of 19 September 2023 at 10:00am AKST remains. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to: 1. Extend the solicitation due date from Tuesday 12 September, 10:00 AM AKDT to Tuesday 19 September, 10:00 AM AKDT. 2. Add Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Project Title: Motion Sensor Light Switch Install 1. This project will be performed IAW Attachment 1 - SOW Light Motion Sensors 2.NAICS Code 423610, Size Standard 200 Employees 3. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. 4. This acquisition has been set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. 5. Period of performance for this action is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 6. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). 7. The contracting officer for this action is TSgt Terrell Singleton at terrell.singleton@us.af.mil and the contract specialist is Jesse Hastings at jesse.hastings.1@us.af.mil. Please be sure to include both parties on all correspondence. 8. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday 5 September 2023, at 1:00 PM AKDT. Parties will meet in front of Building 11551, JBER. 9. All questions are due by Thursday 7 September 2023, 1:00 PM AKDT. 10. All Proposals are due by Tuesday 19 September 2023, 10:00 AM AKDT. Offerors must follow instruction in Section L and M of this solicitation for their submissions. 11. The contractor is to include any required alternate payment protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable.
