This project will be performed IAW Attachment 1 Statement of Work 2. NAICS Code 238220, Size Standard $19M 3. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. 4. This acquisition has been set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. 5. Period of performance for this action is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 6. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(a). 7. The contracting officer for this action is TSgt Terrell Singleton at terrell.singleton@us.af.mil and the contracting specialist is SrA Stephany Briceno at stephany.briceno@us.af.mil. 8. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday 05 September 2023, at 10:00 AM AKDT. Parties will meet in front of the main gate outside of 14410 to be escorted to 14408. 9. All questions are due by Wednesday 06 September 2023, 1:00 PM AKDT. 10. The contractor is to include any required alternate payment protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable.
