In the event the government is unable to complete this upgrade, a future modification to the contract may be made for the selected vendor to provide the electrical upgrades. Additionally, the solicitation had been extended an adiditonal 24 hours and will now close August 31st 2023 at 12:00 pm AKDT. Amendment 5: Updated salient characteristic document has been uploaded to reflect previous changes as well as an updated question/answer document Amednment 4: Salient characteristics are now changed to 10mm instead of 20mm. There is not an updated salient characterisitcs document that will be uploaded. This amenedment serves as the official change. Due date has been extened 48 hours. If you wish to resubmit a quote, please do so before this time. If you have submitted a quote that already meets these characterisitcs, you do not need to resubmit. Amendment 3: The solicitation close date has been extended until 28 August 2023 at 12:00 pm. An updated Questions and Answer docuent has been attached to the solicitation and we are still awaiting answers to the following questions: - Are the specs changing to 10mm instead of 20 mm? - What is the power supply to each marquee? - What is the year of the Arctic Oasis marquee? - How is the Arcitic Warrior Event Center marquee frame consructed (weight load, etc?) - Would a bezel on the Polar Bowl marquee be accepted? - Is cell capability needed for Rachardson, Muldoon, and Boniface gate marquees as well as the Frontier Theater? Amendment 2: The site visit for this requirement will be held on Friday August 18th 2023 from 09:00 AM- 3:00 PM AKDT (tentatively) with an hour set aside for lunch. Please send information to correct contacts NLT 4:00 PM Thursday August 17th 2023 AKDT Amendment 1: Q&A document for questions recieved as of 8/14 has been posted as well as an updated Salient Characteristics (Attachment 2) document to include one additional Marquee (for a total of eleven (11)) and the updated Pricing Schedule (Attachment 1) to match this change. Eleven (11) Outdoor LED Marquees to replace and update current systems located across the installation. Sizes vary for each location. This acquisition would include removing and disposing of existing messaging centers, and utilizing current framework to house the new marquees. All marquees must be 20 mm display option, with full RGB color, wireless bridge connection, and work with Daktronics web base training and software that is also mobile compatible.
