This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror that offers the approved service, is technically acceptable and is found to be the best value to the Government. 11th Airborne Division (11 ABN DIV) at Headquarters (HQ) Building 8, located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska is in need of Vindicator/Lenel single door access control upgrade to include a system workstation with enrollment camera, printer, and reader, a network switch, card reader access with keypad, a balanced magnetic switch, a door strike, and conduit and security cable as necessary. The contractor must be capable to procure a Vindicator/Lenel Access Control System compatible with the current Vindicator system and install the upgraded hardware and software to operate the building security system at Bldg. 8 on JBER, Alaska. The contractor shall possess certified MDI ACS, Genetec CCTV, AiPhone and Lenel technicians to successfully perform the Vindicator/Lenel upgrade ensuring operability of all equipment associated with the 11 ABN DIV HQ Access Control System in use at Bldg. 8 on JBER, Alaska. (see Attachment 1: Price Schedule and Attachment 2: Salient Characteristics).
