Project Title: REPAIR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SURVEY Project Description: Contractor shall conduct a complete and whole building hazardous material and hazardous waste survey of the building. This project most meet all specifications outlined in the "Attachment 2_FXSB 23-1040S SOW" Statement of Work. The estimated Period of Performance for this project is 75 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The subject project magnitude of construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(a) Less than $25,000. Alternate payment protections or bonding requirements are anticipated under the magnitude of this project. The contractor is to include any required alternate payment protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable. Project Location: This project is located at building 10435 (B10435) on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska.
