Response time, regardless of time listed in sam.gov is 10 May 2023 at 1400 Alaska Standard Time (AST). Occasionally the system lists a different time or no time at all. If I can coordinate this, I will post a date time frame on here for a site visit. 27 April 2023 - Posted Question and Answers that were submitted before the required closing time. 27 April 2023 - Replace COMBO with COMBO revision 1 due to mistake of leaving in the line about having to submit in a price schedule listed in attachment 1. This was suppose to state "2. Price – Submit one (1) copy of price schedule. Any additional documentation shall not exceed 10 pages." New requirement for dismantling, palletizing, relocation, leveling and reassembly. The 962 AMU is moving from Hangar 3 Bldg: 10571 to Hangar 8 Bldg: 14410 and require the mobile shelving unit in the maintenance support section to be professionally moved. The Contractor shall accomplish dismantling, palletizing, loading, transporting, unloading, leveling, and rebuilding of mobile shelving unit and removal of trash and transportation equipment. The mobile expanding shelving unit is 27 feet by 15 feet by 8 feet. It includes 1 stationary shelf and 4 moving shelves; each are 15 feet by 4 feet by 8 feet. Under the shelves there is a rail unit that needs to be squared and level for the shelves to move properly. Prepare the new site for reinstall and rebuild of the shelving unit. Projected completion of this will conclude by the End of May 2023.
