Amendment 1 - Adds missing attachments The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is soliciting offers from economically-disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) firms for demolition of four unaccompanied housing units. This requirement is solely for demolition, without follow-on construction, and is subject to 41 U.S.C. Chapter 67, Service Contract Labor Standards, as implemented under FAR 37.3. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 1 June 2023 at 0800 AKDT. Finalized site visit details will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
