AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide clarification - Estimated start date for this requirement is set to start 15 July 2024. - Step 1 bid proposals are still due on 5 June at 2:00PM (Local Time) ____________________________End Amendment_____________________________ AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide Attachment 25 - Questions and Answers - Step 1 bid proposals are still due on 5 June at 2:00PM (Local Time) --------------------------------------------------------END AMENDMENT------------------------------------------------------------------ The purpose of this program is to provide hazmat sampling, testing, abatement and remediation in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), to include a broad range of work to prepare remediation plans and abatement strategies to support the maintenance, repair, alteration and clean up of real property. Variety of trades includes, but not limited to limited scope demolition and repair of facility components, structural members, architectural features, systems and finishes; and mechanical, electrical and plumbing features and systems incidental to remediation plans and abatement strategies. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and personnel necessary to provide hazmat sampling, testing, abatement and remediation to include developing, implementing and executing remediation plans with abatement strategies, work plans (where required) and estimates detailed in the SOW, all attached drawings and specifications. NAICS Code: 562910 PSC/FSC: F108 Size Standard: $25M This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. IAW FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude for the overall IDIQ (g) Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude for the seed project (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000 All questions of this solicitation must be submitted by 22 May 2024 at 1:00 PM AKDT. Bid Bonds shall be obtained at the task order level for the advertised seed project only (identified in attachment 24). Minimum guarantee is $500 and maximum per order is $500,000.
