Create an open and continuous finished work space. Work will involve drywall removal, demolition of wall structure, relocate electrical and communication ports/drops, abatement of asbestos containing materials associated with project, reinstall/replace ceiling grid to tie both rooms together, complete all finish work as necessary to create a finished work space matching existing command suite finishes to include carpet. The work under this project must meet all specifications in accordance with the Statement of Work.
