ALCOM is requesting the construction of three PDS lockboxes and conduit. Three rooms have been identified as requiring a classified processing capability, necessitating the need for the installation of three new PDS endpoint segments. PDS lockboxes and conduit must be installed in accordance with the PWS. ALCOM Bldg 9480 utilizes a hardened PDS system built of rigid metal piping and lock boxes to provide protection of fiber optic data lines that transmit classified information. The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for PDS Install JBER, Alaska. Complete, in strict accordance with the scope of work, specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Site visit will be held on 1 December 2021 at 1000 Alaska local time. Questions are due NLT 3 December 2021 1000 Alaska local time. Magnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204(c) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimate dollar value of this project is less than $25,000.00.
