Update the rates listed in FAR clause 52.211-12 - Liquidated Damages to reflect the current A-26-1 Civilian Standard Composite Pay Rates, FY21-23, and the A-20-2 Military Pay Rate Per Unit Rates, dated 1 March 2021. 2. Update the DBA Wage Determination to WD#AK20220001, published 7 January 2022. 3. Include the Question & Answers submitted - attachment PH 2 Containment Pre-bid RFI_20220111, dated 1 January 2022. 4. All other terms and conditions remain the same. **End of Amendment The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for the Repair Pumphouse 2 Containment, JBER, AK 99506, in strict accordance with the scope of work, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held Wednesday, 29 December 2021 at 1:00 PM (AKDT).
