This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603(c)(2)(i), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase and delivery of preventative maintenance services as well as accomplishing service call repairs (routine and emergency) for air compressors and associated air dryers in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall have experience in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of air compressors and associated air dryers. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to extend the offer due date/local time to 08 August 2022 / 3:00 P.M. Answers to the questions received in response to the RFQ will be provided in a subsequent amendment. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to add the questions received in response to the RFQ and the answers provided. Submit any questions or requests for clarifications to the responses in writing via email to maureen.badey.1@us.af.mil, no later than 1000 a.m. AKDT on Tuesday, 2 August 2022. Anticipate another amendment for RFQ revisions before RFQ due date. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to add revised FAR and DFARS provision and clauses to the solicitation/combo FA5000-22-Q-0048. This RFQ is solicited as Full and Open competition. In addition, Amendment 0004 adds a revised Air Compressor Maintenance JBER PWS. The PWS revision was in response to Item #6 from the RFQ Questions and Answers posted on 29 July 2022 to sam.gov. A statement was removed between compressor 80 and 81 in Appendix 4 of the PWS.
